माछाको झोल बनाउने सजिलो तरिका: ________________________ Delicious Fish curry (Machha ko jhol) ½ kg Fish (any kind with bone) To marinate 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt as per the taste 1 tsp red chili powder (optional) ½ lemon juice Keep it for 15 minutes For the masala ½ tbsp cumin seeds ½ tbsp coriander seeds ½ tbsp brown mustard seeds ½ tbsp yellow mustard seeds Roast for around 2 minutes In a blender jar add roasted masala 6-8 garlic cloves Small sized ginger 3 red dried chilies, Kashmiri or regular red chilies (soaked in warm water) Shallow fry the fish In order to fry the fish, add 2 tbsp oil in a pan To prepare a jhol Add 1 tbsp mustard oil in a pan Temper 1 tsp mustard seeds 2 bay leaves Add 1 medium sized chopped onion Add 1 tsp turmeric powder Now add blended masala (which we made earlier) Cook the masala another 2 minutes Add 2 chopped tomatoes Add salt as per the taste Add water as required Add fried fish Let it boil for 3-4 minutes Add chopped cilantro ½ lemon juice Cook for another 2 minutes
